helpful staff polite manner excellent host clean room
The reception and concierge staff were helpful. hamada was particularly polite during my check-in and check-out processes. shoura offered assistance. I found him to be an excellent host. the rooms were also clean.
The lighting in my room was not ideal. It felt a bit dim. otherwise everything was good.

i found the staff friendly the location is super convenient as it is a short walk to the mall of the emirates i really liked that bottles of water were provided everyday i also appreciated the clean rooms and amazing hospitality from anouar and phoo it made my stay so much better.
i noticed a very slight negative the gym was under maintenance it was a small inconvenience but hopefully it will be resolved soon

modern amenities comfortable bed thorough cleaning helpful staff
the rooms offered modern amenities and the beds were very comfortable. i found the daily cleaning service to be thorough i must say. its proximity to the mall of emirates and the two metro stations made getting around quite easy. all the staff members i encountered were polite and friendly, shoura especially was helpful.
i thought the in-room lighting could have been a bit brighter, especially in the evenings. this is the only thing i can find.

the fitness center features updated equipment including three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the outdoor pool area has twenty comfortable loungers as well as a convenient shaded area. these amenities contributed positively to my overall experience.

I really want to thank Shoura and Asif. They helped me SO MUCH . The staff were always working hard and smiling. I HIGHLY recommend this place for its staff and its great location.
The room design had flaws. The sliding bathroom door was hard to lock. It offered NO sound privacy from the bedroom.

I must commend the staff for their professionalism. I appreciated the breakfast buffetwith a wide selection of fresh options daily. There were both European and Asian dishes available. The hotel's proximity to the Mall of the Emirates was also very useful.
The room I booked was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I noticed stains on the floor and basin. The TV also had limited channels for English speakers, a bit disappointing.

The hotel gym has a sufficient range of equipment to satisfy most fitness needs. I observed three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests can also find a selection of free weights and resistance machines.
